NOTICE:
The only accepted payment method is via BANK TRANSFER
- the bank information and relevant details will be sent to you
via proforma invoice upon your registration.
Registration Cancellation Policy and refunds
Cancellations notified in writing before September 1st 2016 will be refundable,
minus an administrative fee of 100 € incurred during the refund process.
After September 1st 2016, refunds are no longer available.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised
to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation
and personal possessions.
